And yet it is not the same
So what changed? Not that much at all but the parallellisation
provide some new options which where made available to the user.
Fortunately the is no need for me to write a separate manual and this is
really a big releave ;-)
What didn't change but could have:

there are at the moment no new parameters that should
be put in the configuration file
-
the function provided by the user require no change
in order to make the parallellisation possible
-
the original kernel can still be used (this is still
the default when invoking it)
What's new:
-
there are a few new command line parameters, only
2 parameters are usefull for the user
-
the subpopulations are processed on different CPU's,
the distribution of the subpopulation is decided by the kernel
What isn't there anymore:
-
at the moment of this writing I disabled checkpointing
