Getting HTML files for Lesson 8c
If you do not have a copy of HTML documents for up to this section,
Links to the World- Internet Pointers, follow these
instructions to download a working copy.
The instructions will vary depending
on which World Wide Web application you are using.
- If there is a menu option View Source...
- NCSA Mosaic v 2.x, NetScape, Win 95 Internet Explorer
NOTE: You may have to instruct your browser which application
to use to view the HTML source. Look for an option under
Preferences
and select any text editor application.
- Select the link below to see to the sample page
- Select View Source or Document Source
- Save the file on your hard drive
- If there is an option to save as HTML/Source
- NCSA Mosaic v 2.x, NetScape, Win 95 Internet Explorer
- Select the link below to see to the sample page
- Select Save As... from the File menu
- Select the option to save as HTML
- Save the file on your hard drive
- If there is an option to Load to Disk...
- NCSA Mosaic, MacWeb, WinWeb
- Select Load to Disk from the Options menu. This
will cause any hyperlinked item to be saved to your hard drive.
- Select the link below to download to the sample page
- When prompted, enter a name for the file.
- Save the file.
- De-select Load to Disk from the Options menu.
